Yes, we can replace non-compliant, faulty or expired smoke alarms where required.
Yes. Rental providers must provide renters with the most recent safety check dates and keep reports as proof of compliance.
Electrical checks must be completed by a licensed electrician; gas checks by a Type A–endorsed gasfitter; smoke alarm and RMS checks by trained and competent technicians.
Smoke alarms every 12 months; gas and electrical safety checks every 2 years; RMS before advertising or re-letting.
No. We will coordinate directly with your tenants and you are not required to pay any call out fees etc.
If you’re a private landlord (not booking via a Property Managers) you are required to prepay for our service. If you organise our service through your Property Manager, the charge can be deducted from your next rental, in which case you are not required to prepay.
No - there are no strings attached, including no set up fees, break fees or lock-in contracts. Our comprehensive deal pricing is fixed and no matter what the circumstance there are no add-on costs or fees for the testing/certificates.
If there is an urgent/unsafe emergency repair required, we will call your agent or yourself for authorisation.
Yes. Our special bundle pricing is only offered if you book the three mandatory checks: gas, electrical and smoke alarms. You can book individual jobs, but the cost per each job will be higher.
