The booking system was really easy to use.
We had two appointments in one day, one for gas and one for electricity.
They sent us a text message that allowed us to track their arrival time, and it was very accurate.
Both technicians were efficient, respectful and professional. They explained exactly what they were going to do and asked permission before accessing different areas of the house.
I would highly recommend them to anyone needing maintenance checks done.

The CheckHero Technology
CheckHero can obtain rental provider approvals, enrol and automatically book properties when checks fall due. Alternatively, we will provide reminders for all overdue properties.
We integrate with PropertyMe, PropertyTree and more, seamlessly taking in compliance dates, renter details and more - and sending back finalised PDF reports and invoices.
After each check, access reports, quotes and invoices in one place. Stay on top of overdue properties with bulk updates, track pending quotes, and receive finalised PDF reports and invoices as soon as they’re ready.
For non-enrolled properties, if you choose not to automate compliance checks, our portal lets you rapidly organise compliance checks, including for Rental Minimum Standards checks.
All your records are stored in your CheckHero portal in line with regulatory requirements.
Renters can select any day and time that suits their schedule. If multiple checks have been booked, we will ensure that all are organised on the same day.
If any rectifications are required, we provide obligation-free quotes with clear, detailed descriptions and references to the relevant regulations. If multiple checks are booked, we’ll coordinate them to be completed on the same day wherever possible.

No - there are no strings attached, including no set up fees, break fees or lock-in contracts. Our comprehensive deal pricing is fixed and no matter what the circumstance there are no add-on costs or fees for the testing/certificates.
If there is an urgent/unsafe emergency repair required, we will call your agent or yourself for authorisation.
Yes. Our special bundle pricing is only offered if you book the three mandatory checks: gas, electrical and smoke alarms. You can book individual jobs, but the cost per each job will be higher.
If you’re a private landlord (not booking via a Property Managers) you are required to prepay for our service. If you organise our service through your Property Manager, the charge can be deducted from your next rental, in which case you are not required to prepay.
No. We will coordinate directly with your tenants and you are not required to pay any call out fees etc.
